The first session consists of:

• Information gathering
  (more extensive in first session).
  WhatsApp: preferably video or audio
  OR in writing.
  Email: in writing.
• Reason for consultation.
• Medical diagnosis, reports, diseases, symptoms, ailments.
• Perceived diagnosis.
• Treatment.
• Information, conclusion.
